  1. Guidelines...
  2. ─────────────
  3. All Hubs & Nodes must be accepted by Matthew Elzer and Jesse Cates.
  4. Send in your Completed app.. and you will recieve a letter granting
  5. you an acceptance into the net(or not). You may then call under the name
  6. and password provided to get your first packet.
  7. This will be explained more in detail once you join.
  8.  
  9. If a person knows of a BBS they can pull from, they should get the
  10. name of BBS, Name of SysOP and Number of the BBS.. then ask the SysOp
  11. if he/she can pull from them... if the SysOp agrees... then you fill out
  12. The APP with that info....
  13.  
  14. If you cannot find A HUB to pull from, just check the HUB Uknown Blank.
  15.  
  16. Although Conference moderators will exist.. They cannot be responisble for
  17. everything, therefore they will contcat the BBS SysOp and the user, if after
  18. this first warning, we have continuous problems, then we will take action
  19. to either remove this user from the net, or possibly the node (if SysOp is
  20. unwilling to help).

  22. Your Net Tag must begin with 'TENet * ' and must mention the BBS Name & Number

  24. All Nodes MUST
  25.   *  Make available for download a copy of the TENet Rules
  26.   *  Agree to never charge for the use of TENet, Unless it is part
  27.      of the Base subscription to the BBS.
  28.  
  29. In addition, ALL hubs MUST
  30.   *  Carry a copy of the requirements to become a hub, and make it available
  31.      for download (FREE download if possible).
  32.   *  Agree not to charge the nodes for Longdistance fees, after all they
  33.      are spending money to call the hubs.

  36. Although you do not have to pull all conferences there are required
  37. conferences that you must get to have access to any others..

  39. *NOTE*
  40. The Rule above does NOT apply to a BBS wanting to SUPPORT ONE conference....

  42. That would require them to carry their Support conferance and TENet SysOps
  43. ie. Joe of SonWrite Games, could carry ONLY SonWrite Support (AND TENet SysOp)
